Puleo Delisle, PLLC was formed in 2004. The firm has over 20 years experience representing lenders in New York Consolidation, Extension and Modification Agreement transactions. Our attorneys have assisted in drafting and training of CEMA guidelines for several national and global lenders.

– 2012, Title Curative Team Formed

The title curative team resolves title issues by initiating quiet title actions, special proceedings, and declaratory actions. These measures allow lender clients to resolve re-purchase demands, conduct foreclosures, and finalize loan modifications.
