ABOUT ME

Mr. Puleo is the co-founder of the law firm of Puleo Delisle, PLLC. Mr. Puleo’s practice concentrates in secured lending and real estate. He has 29 years experience in representing lenders, servicers, buyers and sellers in sophisticated commercial and residential real estate matters. He has represented lenders in secured commercial and residential lending transactions, developers and investors in the purchase and sale of commercial and residential properties, landlords and tenants in leasing residential, office, retail and industrial properties, lenders in mortgage foreclosure proceedings and most recently lenders in title resolution matters. Mr. Puleo has counseled and trained clients on NY Consolidation, Extension and Modification Agreements (CEMA), the New York Banking Law and the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act. He prides himself in providing quality innovative solutions for his clients.

Mr. Puleo is a graduate of St. John’s University School of Law (J.D., 1986) and Villanova University (B.S.B.A., 1981). He is admitted to practice in the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of the State of New York in and for the 2nd Judicial Department (1987) and the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of New York (1992). He is a member of the New York State Bar Association Real Property Law Section and the American Bar Association.
