ABOUT ME
Mr. Delisle co-founded Puleo Delisle, PLLC with a focus on enhancing the way lenders were serviced by their counsel. Mr. Delisle graduated Touro Law School in 1998 with high honors. He is admitted to practice law in the States of New York, Oklahoma, Texas, and Massachusetts. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association. Mr. Delisle views all transactions as an opportunity to be of service to his clients. He has extensive experience representing clients in all aspects of commercial and residential secured lending and real estate transactions. He has counseled and trained clients on NY Consolidation, Extension and Modification Agreements (CEMA), the New York Banking Law and the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act. Mr. Delisle is well versed in title insurance, banking and corporate law. His passion of providing the most effective and efficient representation to all clients is paramount to guiding the firm.
